That was me three years ago - constantly burnt out and unable to relax even when sitting poolside. Then I discovered a simple solution!

 

It’s not meditating or journaling, but something even more effective.

 

I’m literally just a girl, yet I overcame my executive dysfunction and now flourish in every aspect of my life without the burnout, and you can too! 

 

The key?  You need an active hobby - not just something to distract you from what’s going on. In order to unwind and transform your anxious tension, you need to use the energy on something specific whether it be billiards, ping pong, skating, or another hobby, it needs to be refocused.
